Shelling
Lee County prohibits the collection of live shells – including Sand Dollars and Starfish!
Smoking
All rooms are Non-Smoking. Smoking is permitted outside of the building in designated areas.
Parking
Due to limited space and facilities, parking is limited to one (1) parking space per room. All guests must leave their parking pass visible on their dashboard. Vehicles parked on property without a valid parking pass will be towed at owner’s expense. Additional vehicles will have to park off property at the cost of $25. Camper/RV, trailers, and bus parking are not allowed on site.
Wristbands
The use of the pools and resort amenities are exclusive to The Neptune Resort registered guests. All guests are required to wear a wristband while staying at our resort. The wristband validates your status and allows the use of our pools and resort amenities. Guests will be asked to leave the resort areas if wristbands are not worn and present.
Visitors
In accordance with CDC and county guidelines to COVID-19 we will not be allowing visitors. We do not provide any visitor parking. Additional vehicles will have to park off property at owner’s expense.
Coffee
Available in the office starting at 7:00 a.m.
Housekeeping
In anticipation of individual concerns of guests, housekeeping will not enter a guest room unless specifically requested, or approved, by the guest. Requested service is provided daily starting at 9:00 a.m.
Pool Hours
The pools are open daily from 9:00 a.m. until dusk. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Pool Towels:
Are located in your room, 1 per registered guest. To exchange a dirty towel for a clean one see a housekeeper or bring it to the desk. Pool towels must be left in the room upon checkout or a $50 charge per towel will be added to your bill.
Beach Lounge Chairs
Available to registered guests with a wristband at no charge between 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Business Center
Open to registered guests from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. Must be 16 or older to access.
Fitness Center
Open to registered guests from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. Must be 18 or older to access.
Shuffleboard
The shuffleboard courts are open daily from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Guests may sign out shuffleboard equipment at the front desk. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Grills
Four gas grills are available to our guests.
Guest Laundry Facilities
Located on the first floor of the North Wing and both floors of the South Wing.
Ice Machines and Vending Machines
Located downstairs in the middle breezeways of the North Wing and South Wing.
